I am a licensed therapist with experience in providing compassionate and effective mental health care. I am dedicated to empowering individuals, fostering personal growth, help in overcoming challenges, achieving their goals, and living fulfilling lives. With over 20 years of experience in the human service industry, I have experience with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, domestic violence, addictions, along with a multitude of other issues. I work with children, teenagers, adults and couples. My approach is client-centered, and I collaborate with my clients to establish achievable goals and determine the best course of treatment. Although I am a person of faith, I do not bring my personal beliefs into session unless specifically requested by a client. My aim is to cultivate a warm, empathetic space where all feel accepted. I will walk alongside people in their pain, promoting hope and helping them overcome life's challenges. My expertise combined with a non-judgmental presence enables me to guide clients toward leading fulfilling lives marked by emotional well-being.
